Yup, had the same problem. & the site was not "down". They had some maintenance in the middle of the night for a 4 hour window. On Tuesday, when I contacted customer service via Chat, they had the nerve to say the site was fine, no problems & that I must have been doing something wrong! (Always their first line of defense) - even thought I told them I kept getting a message saying I'd been awarded points but the system was a little slow & to check back later. Customer service SUCKS on this site. Tell me again why we pay for the privilege of being treated like idiots?
