@limeindecoconutfl This inquiry needs to be processed through an agent; I'm here to help! I was able to complete your request to stop delivery of your AARP publications as well as mailed offers from our service providers. The mailings should fully stop within 12 weeks due to pre-printed mailing labels. Let me know if there's anything I can do!

Hello @AARPConsumerCare. I would also like to stop receiving all printed material. I'm sorry I had to bother you. Is there an option on the website to do this? I didn't find one, but it would be nice to have one in case I want to resume in the future. Thank you!

Thanks for joining AARP!
The mailings you have requested to stop receiving will stop within 12 weeks. This is to ensure that your name and address are removed from the preprinted mailing list. AARP The Magazine and the Bulletin should stop arriving within 4 - 6 weeks. If one more version is already being processed for delivery, you may receive that one. However, following one more version, mailings should stop within 4 - 6 weeks. If you need anything else, please let me know! Jodee R.

@Robinohunter You got it! I was able to stop all mailings for your account, and they will fully stop within 12 weeks due to pre-printed mailing labels. Also, we recommend not sharing your personal information in a public forum; we have hidden your email address in your post above. I'm always here to help if you need anything further! - Janelle M.
