@limeindecoconutfl This inquiry needs to be processed through an agent; I'm here to help! I was able to complete your request to stop delivery of your AARP publications as well as mailed offers from our service providers. The mailings should fully stop within 12 weeks due to pre-printed mailing labels. Let me know if there's anything I can do!

@MichaelS730134 Sounds good, Mike. I was able to stop all mailings from our service providers as well as the membership mailings. They will fully stop within 12 weeks.

Doesn't work for me. There is no setting on the AARP website for opting out of the ads that are physically mailed to us.

You can't do it on the website, @starpalm@Therapist4u was just noting that there are other settings you can customize on the website.

To stop the physical mailings, you need to reply on here with a callout to @AARPJanelleM to "please opt me out of the AARP magazines, bulletins, and any other print mail".
