AARP Eye Center
The only way I found, is to visit each individual message/site/activity/ad! It really isn't a true INBOX. I'm beginning to think that AARP is just another SCAM site! That last "Website Maintenance" was a true joke - the site is STILL reeling from all the issues as evidenced by the ongoing "Apology" banner.
@TarheelCoastie I can clear up that confusion. The Inbox feature can be cleared from the free AARP Now mobile app. Go to https://aarp.info/3npzJwS to download the free AARP Now app for Android and iOS. Let me know if I can help. Jodee R.
I don't use an app and don't have a smartphone so how do I delete it? I was told by aarp I could only delete with the app. Not everyone has this and to make us have to deal with this is without the app shows us that aarp really does not care. oh yeah I forgot. You don't serve retired people anymore just anyone 18 and up that gives you money.
Thank you for your help. That's really silly you have to do that. I agree with the website issues. I'm basically on here for the games but you can't enjoy because of the page going blank, some not loading, etc. Hopefully things will be straighted out. Enjoy your day 🌻
Hi BtW751689. Not everyone may experience the same problem or receive the same error on a game. We may ask for personal information to locate an account if the problem is related to the account, and we don't want that personal information available to the public. If you are having trouble with the games loading you can view our help article https://aarp.info/3epAstc for some basic instructions. Our help articles are available for everyone to access. Thanks for your understanding - Brandon C.
