Games on App not working

For the past couple of days the AARP games have not been working on my iPhone. When I get to the ‘games’ page and tap a game to play it, nothing happens. I have tried everything. Clearing cache, rebooting my phone and even deleting the app (which I hate because I lose all my stats). Nothing has worked. I have the latest iOS version installed 18.3 Please help! Thank you

Me, too, since the weekend. Android Samsung Galaxy Note 24, updated, cache cleared several times, app updated, signed out, restarted phone, offered a baby calf over a fire and NOTHING. No change. Just now I played several games of Euchre, dropped out to do something else, got literally 10 Something Went Wrong messages so I went back to Euchre Ann and.......NOTHING. The other day I online live agent chatted someone live. After they understood I did everything and it still did not work, I had to "threaten" cancellation of my membership, telling them "I will cancel my membership Friday at midnight if the games are not fixed." MAYBE IF WE ALL DID THAT IT WOULD GET THEIR ATTENTION?

 On my computer some games work others don't. I tried an ulta instant win and it didn't tell me if I won or lost, but took the 50 points. I assume I lost since I haven't won an instant win since I signed up with aarp. I then played 2 games that worked correctly. Next I tried the mini crossword. Didn't use points but says I played. Sigh.......I really don't know what to say anymore.
