I had a problem and called their line or went on chat and they were able to help.  not sure if you will have to wait until tuesday with presidents day holiday.  also i get glitches when on certain devices, if you have an alternate device to use.

Changing Account password

I cannot change my AARP account password.

The AARP web page just hangs when I attempt to change my password.

Anyone having similar issues?

I called the 1-888 number. We resolved my issue.

Used the "forgot password" option on the login screen instead of the

"edit password" option on the Account Details screen.

We think my browser (Firefox) may not work correctly with pieces of the AARP web site.

I see no options to enable private messages from the preferences tab.

Please advise.

I have been trying to log in through the app and website and it’s not working. It’s been months with this issue. Figured out how to log in with a link, but I am still not able to log in with user name and password.
