App asking for 2 factor authentication code.

I never receive the code, I ask to resend still never shows up.

 

I check the spam text folder and they're not there either.

 

My wife tried on her phone and it immediately went through. She has an Apple phone I have an Android, this is the first time I can remember having this situation with a 2FA code being texted to my number.
