Not Receiving my Purhcased Gift Card

I bought two large amount Gift Cards yesterday to book my cruise. While my friends received the card in minutes, I haven't received them yet. Called AARP mutliple times today and was told it will be 3-5 business days for them to process the escalation - which is not acceptable. I need the two gift cards to book my cruise and the room can be gone any minutes. Wondering if someone can contact me and help to prioritize my escalation.
