Cannot use Rewards

I posted in another thread informing you that I cannot use or redeem any rewards. I also informed you that I cannot send any messsges. I receive “access denied” to messaging. I also attempted to text, received no reply. 

I have not been able to use rewards in 2 weeks. I cannot buy gift cards, play games, nothing. This has become very frustrating. Please fix my account. Don’t ask me to messsge you because that feature is fully blocked for me as well, it is not a setting, the error message is “Access Denied” even though I am fully logged in.

Same thing has happened to me.  The private message help you get just tells you to go get help from the main AARP help center which is not that helpful.  I wish whatever software has caused this would be seriously looked into and fixed.

I've reported  the same issue multiple times with no satisfactory answer. I don't think they want us to use rewards.
