Hi Nicole,

Freezing the credit reports with the 3 agencies and keeping watch of the credit cards should be enough to protect from identity theft.

[9/16/25] Gail @GailL1 , AARP will probably delete your post when they "clock in" tomorrow but wanted to ask you WHERE is AI getting this info? Also, your "link" does NOT go to the AI Review. It "describes" the AARP Rewards Program. I tried adding the "word" down at end of what you had & got the review. Anyway, IF you see this, would be interested in what you think. AI using google - using search words like - AARP Rewards program tech problems - can’t remember exactly what I listed -

 

You do realize that this info is being picked up from HERE - this board - and what ya’ll are posting in the various threads.  

 

Guess if it isn’t in the news - you can always make it part of the news by just asking the questions to search engines.

 Be sure to let us all know what your daughter says -

algorithms is the brains and the voice of AI.  It can  find them and interpret them when they are found on the internet based on any question that one ask.  The question does have to be correct in some assumptions.

I heard the site has been hacked along with the hidden valley ranch rewards site. This makes me very concerned about our personal information and credit card info being compromised. Everyone should be very concerned.

I also use my gaman watch for activities which I was getting points for on aarp.  I no longer get points for that along with videos and quizzes completed.  Any way they can be completed?

I am still receiving a rewards maintenance notification after many days.

 I am too. I have tried deleting cookies and cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.

[9/8/25] Shannon @ShannonM757160 , maybe the IT for all of them involved (Helloworld, Merkle, AARP) have to fix the Rewards Site. Zero to do with us. Maybe it will be up today after them being off for the weekend. At least we can now EARN. Just NOT redeem. Nicole!

I have actually been denied access to some areas, because obviously they do not like my comments.  If and when a response is given, they are always polite, but the people responding cannot seem to do anything about the site not working!
