Word Wipe Not awarding points

I have been having trouble with Codeword, but this morning, for the first time ever, Word Wipe did not award points! This is getting ridiculous. If you say you are going to win points, then award them. If you are not, then don't, but do not BAIT AND SWITCH.

update on 3/30/2026:

going into Word Wipe the long way (aarp.org/rewards/earn/games) was successful today:

Update - today I received no points at all for any games I played. Every day I play Word Wipe, Mini Crossword, Codeword, and Today's Hurdle. I have always had a problem with Codeword, getting points only 25% of the time, but the others have always worked fine. I always submit my score, and have tried different browsers. 

It used to be you could contact customer service and et your points, but last month AARP discontinued that option. I am beyond frustrated. If I am not going to get any points, I probably will stop coming here to play games.

I don't understand how this can happen to you today.  Mine has been undergoing maintenance since sometime  on 9/1/24

I didn't play yet today, thinking it might not award the points, especially games that involve a lot of time or that you can't repeat.

Happens a lot to me.  Sometimes clicking play again gives me the points pop up
