Since reward redemption came back I was only able to redeem a sweepstakes request the first day. Since then I get the following error message "Unable to process your redemption request". Are others having the same problem?
Was this ever resolved? I have the same issue and have had no support for over two months. It is impossible for me to escalate to a party with the power to resolve. I suggested that I start a new account and they transfer my million points, but that also was ignored.
