Still no response but yesterday I was able to redeem rewards.  I got all excited and then today back to the same problem.

I have been trying to get this same issue fixed for over two months.  They escalate the ticket but no one ever responds.  They claim there is no higher power I can talk to for resolution.  Does anyone know how to reach a manager with power to resolve...
