Unable to process your redemption request

Since reward redemption came back I was only able to redeem a sweepstakes request the first day.  Since then I get the following error message "Unable to process your redemption request".  Are others having the same problem?

Often that is the start of their fraudulent attacks n=on members.  Hope this does not happen to you.
