The Hex jigsaw puzzle won’t load.

I tried to play the Hex jigsaw puzzle and it won’t load.  Is anyone else having this issue?  I was playing the regular jigsaw puzzles, but the images are so boring and color less.  I end up reloading over and over for different images, but they all are all about the same, with few exceptions.  I did one with two amazingly colorful parrots, but that was the most exciting.

• Scroll to the bottom of the page (the same page where you click Play)
• Click “Contact Arkadium Support”
• A support window will open in the lower right corner of your screen
  • Make sure you’re on the correct game page so it pulls in the right details
  • You can also check the “Known Issues” section to see if this is already being tracked
• If you don’t see your issue listed, click “Contact Arkadium”
• Fill out the form with a few details so the team can investigate and help

The team can look directly into your game progress and get this sorted out for you.
