Scramble Words not giving rewards points

   I play Scramble Words every day (for points) but for at least 2 weeks or so it only gives points randomly. I play in multiple times in a day, sometimes it will reward points if I play again in the evening.

Most times it just doesn't reward points at all.

All of the other games I play for points are working perfectly.

Today, I needed to play Scramble Words three times before I was awarded the points for playing. The first two times I beat the clock. The last time I did not beat the clock. The second time i got my  highest score since I started playing (40,050). But points were not awarded until the 3rd (worse) score and not beating the clock. So it really is random, for sure. I guess just keep clicking "play again" until points are awarded?

I play every day as well, and don’t have that problem as long as I click on “Play again” button…then it gives me rewards and I can close it after clicking that

I just played Scramble Words twice (clicked "play again"), and neither time was awarded points even though, on one of those games, I got my best score ever! (38,950). I am going to try to "play again" for a third time in a sec, and see if it will award points.

Thats annoying @KristBelt .  I just now played and got the points on the first go around.

Okay, just played a THIRD time, and, even with a lower score, got the message:

"You just scored with AARP Rewards!"

(Yes, had to watch the same long commercial three times.)

Yes, but are you using the app?  Or web page?

  No I always play on my laptop. Every other game one can play for rewards points works just fine and I earn my points. Only Scramble Words does not reward my points. Anyone know who I contact about this?

@poppy89  Yep, I think maybe using the app might solve some of those problems. I use it almost exclusively.

haha i can't type fast enough on an app...have to have a full keyboard.

today no points for getting a 31,450 score. will play again to see if i can get points on a second or third try.

yeah, the second time (worse score though), i got points.
