Codeword not loading

Tried to play today and unable to get the game to load. Got to today on calendar, clicked on play and red box just keeps spinning. Usually play on kindle fire, but tried iphone and still spins.

@Carpediemetcurrunt It's working now! As of 6:30 a..m. EST the game from 9-24 is loading. Arkadium pays attention to its customer service link! Now only did they reply but it was fixed. The lost 50 points is a drop in the bucket for me but might be significant for the very few top players. Hope it now works for you as well.

@Carpediemetcurrunt I filled in the online form with Arkadium. Got a reply that they are working on it but it is still doing the same today. Played today's game with no problem. Not our devices. I am not one of the top players, but I think they would be pretty angry that a month's worth of playing is down the drain due to missing a day's puzzle. It is obvious that some were able to play it before it went out of order. A lot of the top names are missing from the leaders due to the malfunction. I play it for fun, but do try to better my own scores. Not this month.
