Absolutely. The hint button is available whenever you’re stuck, but remember that while it will always give you a move, it might not always suggest the best strategic move.

Such an addicting game.  Music is very relaxing.  First thing I do with most video games is turn the music off for them in the settings for them. I found this particular game to have very relaxing music!

I have played different mahjong games and decided to just try this and feel the need to comment on the explanation.  All of games I played were definitely like to like.   However, in this one for some reason when I accidentally clicked on turkey and gravy it was a match.  Hmmm that isn’t really exact like to like as in other mahjong games.  Shouldn’t there be a reference to that kind of match?

Every tile that has no color background matches only with identical tile; other tiles match using the background color of the tile (e.g. turkey and gravy have orangish background).

Thanks, that does help, and now seems so obvious.  I started noticing the different color, at least for my eyes, I thought I did!  But while trying to get the matched choices in before the clock, I didn’t put that together.  Thanks!

I agree. I’ve played a few times and still don’t have a clue as to which foods, flowers or vegetables are a match.

Yep after first time playing this then became clear. Foods don’t match but go together.  Need an addendum to rules.  If you click on the question mark it shows special types of matches.
