Code word glitch?

Second day in a row I didn't get points for playing. Happens with other high-reward games somedays too. Is there a particular process for reporting?

I've been having the same problem. No points again today. I did get points one day this week. I play every day. I have just had to assume that they don't care and are not going to fix this. My games don't even show my played history any longer. This web site just keeps getting better and better--NOT!

Are you earning points in other games?  We are not currently experiencing an issue on the points earning for Codeword.  Have you logged out and back in again?

I am having the same problem with Codeword. It lost all of my January daily points. Very frustrating!

It's not even showing in my history that I played it the last five days.

Not sure what you mean by this. I complete them fairly quickly, though.

Yes, I am earning points in other games. As of today, I have lost 1500 points on Codeword.

Logged out/in on several occasions.

@Summer2025 - Did you hit submit score?  You need to click it to record the score and then you should receive your points.  We often have found this is the issue when points aren't given.  Let us know if this resolves it.

I always hit submit score. Just tried again and it still didn't work.

Same here; think probably it's set as weekly vs daily earn opp, based on checking my earn history.

No particular process for reporting except threads here (the chat option doesn't really result in anything, in my experience).
