I've had so many problems with the games - not receiving my points being one sticking point.  I've contacted AARP, ARKADIUM many times to no avail.  At this point I'm just going not going to even continue worrying about accumulating points.  If the game works fine but if not, I'm not even going to try and resolve the problem.  I'm keeping AARP for the information provided but that's it.  I'm so disappointed with the technical problems.  It is substandard and I would expect more.

I agree! This site is terrible! This morning, Daily Mini Crossword, Code Word, and Song Theme all did not give points. But, what difference does it make? Even when I have points and I use them for sweeps, they are not counted--just wasted. So, what are they good for? I'm going to stop even thinking about it! Makes for a better outlook!

 I have to agree with you. I would prefer to just play the games and skip the nonsense of rewards, since they seem to be permanently broken.

I agree 100%. Keeping track is useless and annoying, to say the least.
