Our electrical utility - Georgia Power and our PSC - have agreed to keep our based rates steady for 3-years - but we have had a lot of construction cost in the last several years due to the building of Plant Vogel - but now it is done and we are all the better for building this Nuclear Power Plant.

Now all we have to worry about is Hurricanes and Tornadoes taking out the electrical grid and the associated repair cost.  Which I doubt there is a way to shield against stuff like this.
