Problem with Code for Me Only 12/15/20....Ok for Others!!!

It's not only you that has the problem.  I have it also.  My husband tried it and he has the problem too. So there are at least 3 of us.

I also had a problem with the code.   Does that mean "re-used" codes are only good for one-time use even though the code should have expired a long time ago?

Same issue here saying already entered code 'mindfulness' tried several times then checked my Transactions history not shown in list as used nor earning any points for Dec15th email code

@AARPTeri   JOY was used (and I posted it) this past week as a special 500 point reward for completing some activities IIRC.    Too soon for a repeat to work.  Didn't work for me as I'd used JOY not long ago.

I get the same message and no points.  So apparently it can only be used once even if that once was a long time ago.  It seems that it should have expired.
