Go to Account Manager and click Subscriptions, find Rewards Newsletter and click.

Now you're subscribed and should start receiving Newsletter via email. Hopefully this helps.

Andrew, it is strange. But maybe they were slow because of the scramble to remove the travel and theatre gift cards due to the corona virus. People panicking, schools & colleges closing, grocery stores empty and restaurants without business. That's a big WOW!
