No points for sudoku
Excited to see two new games in the games list for points!
My excitement didn't last long. No points for the new game.
Some of them I can say I enjoy playing even if they don't work (see Codeword). Sudoku is not one of my favorites. I like word games over number games FWIW.
And to the admin who messaged me to clear my data to get points for Codeword. NO. That will harm other things on my computer that actually do work.
Codeword gives points to me about once a week. If that solution was a good one, I'd not be getting points once a week. As @WebWiseWoman said, the game may be set to once a week rather than daily.

@LindaJoy53 In some cases, Rewards points may not be added due to reasons like maxed points for the day, or not fully completing the activity. I've been a game-playing member for several years so I am well aware of the terms. I completed both the Sudoku and Hurdle games for 4/9/25 and received my scores, but not only did the points confirmation not pop up, neither game got the checkmark that usually shows up next to its name (in the list of all the games for reward points) to indicate that day's game was played. I also completed the Mini, Daily, & Lets Crosswords, Codeword, and Word Play games on the same day, and each of them were awarded points as well as the checkmark in the list for each.
I wasn't seeking adjustments but simply trying to make AARP aware that there is a problem with those two games awarding points (and it appears I'm not the only one experiencing it) in the hopes you would report it to Tech Support to get it corrected.

I've been private messaging someone several times. They are happy to give me the missing 300 points but can't help fixing the problem. I do the puzzle successfully, submit it, and get a daily score. The red box stays open and no reward points are given. Funny thing, when I go back into the games listing, it shows I haven't done the game for the day, but of course I have. Please fix this.
