No points for Word Wipe AGAIN

This happens frequently.   Today I went to the site, saw my name logged in, chose earn, specified games as I always do first thing.  Played word wipe and got no points.   
Site made me log in again.   I did, played again, and SORRY no points this time.

All this time the game site is recording my play on the score line.   

Admins, please refer this to the techies.  I have spent about an hour this morning playing word wipe and have ZERO points.

UPDATE:  Now I played mini crossword.  NO points again, asking for another login.  Impossible to play this one again as it only allows one try per day.  Earning points is more difficult than it has ever been and the amounts needed for redemption have never been higher.  Lose-Lose for the participant.

ANOTHER UPDATE:  I have now played this four times today and gotten ZERO Points.  Points still show as available.   Yes, I've refreshed the browser.  Yes, I've logged in multiple times.  I guess I'm a sucker but I do like the game, just want to get the points.  Could have had the max number in the time I have spent on Word Wipe today.

PLEASE FIX THIS.

I play the Word Wipe game daily and didn't earn the 300 points today.  I enjoy the game,  so I repeated playing the game 3X with no points earned each time.  It's an intermittent issue that is happening too often. Sometimes the points are added, and sometimes not.  I hope this can be fixed.

@JoLo49  Took me three tries as well yesterday.   There is something wrong with the interface between the games/points earning and the Rewards main site.   Occasionally happens with the mini crossword but that one won't let you repeat it and no points at all for the day on that one. Can't speak to the rest of them as I only play the others occasionally.

@AARPConsumerCare   One worse than this just now.  Got my best score on Throwback Thursday and got the dreaded SORRY message.

I had just earned points for quizzes and videos but when I attempted this game, here comes the dreaded SORRY message.  And this one is like the mini crossword.  You're one and done, no repeating it like you can on Word Wipe.  You are out for the week.  The game itself works correctly and your score is there, but no points for the week, not just the day on that one.   After a lot of time and effort on that one.   There is a real problem with the rewards-games connection.
