No points for Mini Crossword
This one has been old faithful since points were given for games. Not now! No points for the last three days and yes, I refreshed my browser and yes, I tried it in another browser.
And still no points for Codeword, maybe twice since it came online.
I am not asking for adjustments.
I just want these things to work correctly and not be frustrated on a daily basis.
@AARPConsumerCare Please pass this issue along or pass it along again. Tech folks are not listening or fixing the reported issues.

For the past week, there have been no points awarded for completing the Mini Crossword! I wonder when @AARPConsumerCare might resolve this issue.

Update: I'm now getting the points for the Mini. Thanks to @AARPConsumerCare for passing this issue along to the techies. Now back to my broken record: I'm still not getting points for Codeword. Last week I got points once and thought it was fixed. NOT. Another day I got no points but played again as ALL MY PREVIOUS GAME POINTS HAD BEEN ERASED. The second time I did get points. Now even if I play (or replay those who were erased), I get nothing. I didn't clear my cookies. It was done to me. I am not a top ten player but have always watched to see how far off I was. Got sent back to Day One this month.
@AARPConsumerCare please send the Codeword issue along again. Just because someone says it's fixed, it doesn't mean it is.

First, I (and many other Members) are having this issue; AARP IS AWARE BUT IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO REPAIR THEIR ISSUES.
DO NOT CLEAR CACHE OR COOKIES; that wipes all your scores away (another issue Members are complaining about, and which @AARPConsumerCare is aware of but continues to recommend clearing cookies) ...
We must face facts; the only solution is when AARP finally admits the issues are not Member issues but AARPs.
Considering the major issues began following the January "update" which ended 20-jan, the EXACT date of the inauguration, then the "new" site failed majorly, now the new CEO won't recognize anything is wrong...
....hmm sounds like?????

[2/11/25] Michele @MicheleW321192 , you are correct and that is WHY this "issue" NEVER gets fixed. Same "canned" response from @AARPConsumerCare - Apologies, send them a Private Message, wait 5 to 10 business days, ZERO fixed, REPEAT! I hope this gets fixed soon but NOT holding my breath. 👵

I received a private message from Consumer Care asking for my full name and email address in order to look into the same issue that I had posted regarding no points for the MiniCrossword. I provided that information. Today I got another private message asking for my full mailing address - for the security of my account! The first representative did not request that info. The problem is not with my account, others are having the same issue. There is no badge on the MiniCrossword page.
