No points for Codeword this morning

Seems like every day I don't get points on one of the games. Today it was Codeword, but I did get points on Scramble. A few days ago, I got Codeword points but no Scramble points. My husband didn't get points this morning on the 2-minute crossword. No wonder they can't fix the issue, there is no consistency in the problem.

Same with me.  It is a rare day when I get points for Codeword.  I like the game and play every day but get points only a couple of times a month.   I've gotten points for Scramble  a time or two, but mostly not.  I always hit play again but it made no difference.  Yesterday I got points after playing it about five times.  Something is wrong with the coding somewhere but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears for months.

I received points for Scramble for the first time today.  I think it was because I hit "play again" instead of just hitting a back arrow to get back to earn points.  I received points for 2 Minute Crossword and Codeword, too.  It was quite amazing.

Yes, on a few games when you hit Play Again, it then delivers your points.  I Just do it to all of the games out of habit, since that’s how some are set up.
