It's not just this quiz that isn't working. Please fix all of the quizzes that aren't working, or if they can't be fixed, then remove them from the rewards pages.

Tarheel @TarheelCoastie , lol - I had to give you a KUDO when I saw the TITLE of your discussion!!!  🤣😂

On the "serious" side, a thought came to mind. It MAY be whomever in AARP not taking the time to SET THEM UP CORRECTLY. Or the "very old" software is CONTINUING to "shut down" as we speak.

Whatever the reason for this "issue" = OLD & new quizzes are NOT being FIXED when Members REPORT THEM.

Reporting issues with the videos doesn't seem to do any good (since the last major update in February 2025) as I still see the same issues enumerated here on this forum.

Previously, I listed a plethora of video issues to no avail!  Sadly, I had only covered about 25% of the videos.  Time consuming - yes.  Time well spent - a DEFINITELY NO!

And yes, the online chatbot (as are most) is a COMPLETE waste of time!
