Earning Points on Sudoku and Hurdle

I have been playing these two games for several days and have yet to earn any points. After earning my score the pop up red box just sits there and never changes to show reward points earned. Anyone have ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

I finished Hurdle puzzle today, (for the first time😁), clicked "redeem points", but do not see any points reflected in "most recent activity".

Finally started earning points on Hurdle, but still no points on Sudoku, even after finishing the puzzle successfully.

 Yes, earning points has been sporadic for me.

If I get through all levels of Hurdle, I get points.  Otherwise, like today, nothing.  I also didn't receive points for Codeword today.

I didn't earn points on Codeword today either. Tried two different browsers, still no points.

 I was so happy to see more games for points, but I'm not always getting points for hurdle or sudoku.

Apparently you have to win the hurdle game to get points. Have not tried sudoku yet.

@MicheleW321192 I've been winning both games and still no points. I did start getting points on Hurdle but still no points on Sudoku.
