From the east coast - the 'Earn Points and Instant Wins and Sweeps' - has NOT reset at midnight; there is however one new Instant Win.
For me there was a 'Reset' at about ~7:45 pm est Tuesday evening 1-21 ( earned max points, entered Instant Wins and about 8 entries to several Sweeps) ..... and now after midnight Wednesday 1-22 the Instant Win did not reset - the Sweeps still has 8 entries - can not earn points. 😠.........until........... see below V
Summary Recap:
After maintenance, Reward/ Earn - started back on 1-20 - Monday ~ 5:45 pm est with plenty-o-glitches
........the Reward/ Earn section did not reset at midnight and ran thru to........
Tuesday 1-21 - when it reset for me on the east coast at about 7:45 pm est....
.......and now I'm here after midnight Wednesday 1-22 - still running without a new 'reset' .....
[ Update - 1-22 Wednesday ~ about 8:00 pm -ish est - Reward/ Earn did Reset - I was able to earn points, Sweeps redemption reset to zero and Instant Win ready to play again. ✔️ ]

🙄 Come on AARP IT staff - we old folks love our old habits and some predictability in our lives. Midnight hour - let's get the Reward and Earn section reset properly.

Their clock is all messed up. The points I earned today (starting at about 3:20AM central time) are all stamped as 01/21/25 instead of 22. Same with the 2 sweepstakes I entered and the instant win for Home Depot. I could not play the Instant Win for Petsmart because the system thinks I have already played today; I have not but managed to do it yesterday.
IT, you need to synchronize the internal clocks. If you need to shut off the site for 3 days again, it will be worth it because the aggravation caused by AARP Rewards and their IT team is unbeliebable.

Geez, I'm surprised. They told me on the phone 2 days ago that they were looking at the problem and it would be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Guess what, it is well beyond the 48 hrs resolution time that they put on it. There hasn't been a single explanation, no updates as to what the problem is, just making up answers to get us off the phone so they don't have to listen to the complaints. Anyone here who has worked in IT knows that after the last 2 maintenance failings we would be unemployed. What major, credible organization would allow this type of situation to happen not once, but twice!
