Crosswording Rewards users issue FIXED 8/28

Hello Rewards Crossworders,

We are aware of the new issue on the three Rewards-badged crossword puzzles where the Rewards banner covers part of the keyboard on mobile phone and tablet, and we are working quickly to resolve this.

Daily Crossword and Mini Crossword can still be played on mobile devices since only the directional arrows are covered, but this issue is interrupting mobile play for Let’s Crossword. In the meantime, all puzzles can be played on desktop devices without issue.

We regret this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as the issue is resolved.

I have been trying to play the daily crossword for the past week or more on my laptop and it won't load, just keeps starting to load, then reloading, ad nauseum, but never comes up. 

It does work on my smartphone though.

FYI 

Thought I'd try my Fire Tablet can play Mini & Daily Crossword part of bottom covered but no letters or necessary needed buttons

So that's good to know til Mobile settings are fixed

I was just fixing to make a new topic & noticed yours

I've enjoyed these games b4 they rewarded points but was glad when y'all made them earning points

You say Mini & Daily can still be played on mobile

Nope can't be(not my big note 8)... issue began 8/26 on which date I also noticed the big yellow link that popped up on games screen which could click take me to earning games is no longer there.... only ALL games page comes up.... kinda think removing this possibly caused issues???

Well please check my screenshots below to see issues 

Black area is larger and covers bottom row of letters therefore can't play if need those letters 😞 which most times do... I did fill in few letters from top letters but couldn't complete game cause ALSO can't get to submit button 😒

I only play the Mini & Daily plus Codeword crossword (love see this Daily game added to earnings list) 

So no experience with Let's crossword game 

Please let techs know can't play on mobile as I've missed these 3 days of earning points since always played
