AARP Hearing Center
I don't usually bother to complain but I just spent quite a bit of time getting the Hurdle solved correctly only to get the "You Just Missed" message. This is infuriating. I had just completed another activity with no problem. The system decides to log me out....even though my name is visible at the top of the screen. Some activities can be repeated until you get points but several of the games cannot, including Hurdle. This logging out happens on a frequent basis out of the blue. WHY?
@AARPConsumerCare please find us an answer to this very annoying problem.
P.S. Amazingly, I went back later to the game to see if I could play again and the points appeared. However, I did get logged out repeatedly all day. This happens on a regular basis. My name and points appear at the top of the screen correctly but system insists on the repeated logins. There is something wrong.
For me the problem is when I try to do the free entry for the instant wins. I use the link to go to the official rules, and even though I was logged in to do this, it now asks me to log in again. And then I all I get is a page saying "Bad Request". Didn't have any problems yesterday, but not working today. And the same thing happens on different browsers (chrome, edge, firefox), so looks like it is something screwed up on the AARP website. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Seems to happen about once or twice a week. But technical issues seem to be the norm for this website.
