Annoying Pop-up Survey
A pop-up survey after completing a quiz or video is something new that I have experienced today. I answered a couple of the surveys (which is the exact same survey each time), hoping that no additional surveys would keep popping up. It didn't work, as the surveys kept appearing after each activity. Has anyone experienced these surveys?

Hi JoLo49. I understand how frustrating it is when you can't submit your survey answers. Send us a private message with your name and email, so we can take a look at your AARP Rewards account to see why you're having trouble with the survey. Visit https://aarp.info/47hWcl7 for directions on how to enable private messages. - Brandon C.

If you answer the one survey, the pop-ups will disappear. Speaking from experience. Someone else just posted about this same thing recently: AARP Online Community and Discussion Forums - STOP the survey pop up during activities - AARP Online...

@AARPConsumerCare Seems there are issues with a pop-up with surveys. Not having this issue at all, once I've submitted this survey, yet @JoLo49 and @a170938b and @rednexsrus and @SpringIsHereVA are having issues. Can you help them? thanks

@JoLo49 , I just did a video to see IF this happens for me. I am in Virginia & about 3am ET Sunday 6/22/25. NO popup, but the video "automatically" started again. VIDEO NAME - 5 Things to Know This Week From AARP Rewards.

It does not always work. Twice I answered the survey yesterday and both times nothing happened after hitting submit. Every question has been answered, still the survey was not accepted. Oh well! Just one more annoying thing from the AARP Rewards' team dedicated to annoy customers!

Well, that's your issue not mine, I answered once, and it went away. Maybe try to understand why you're having such an issue with whatever device you're using, it may need an update.

good morning Nicole and Jolene, kinda early ain’t it. Was trying to cash out my last redemption hoping for a $10 gift card, but alas no luck.
back to your topic on the popup. A few years ago it was like every day I would get bombarded with a barrage of constant survey popups. No matter what you put in the survey it kept popping back up. Did not do any good to just close the popup, it would keep coming up. Eventually I figured out if I logged out & back in they would stop for a while.
fast forward to today, so far in the last week or so I may have gotten only one popup survey each day and would just close it and go on my merry way. I was worried that the popup survey monster had returned but so far I have been grateful that I am only getting just one a day.
AARP has a lot of nerve asking us to take this survey considering how crappy this program has become. OH WELL !!!!!! I am just too old to worry about how this rewards program has deteriorated. It will not last much longer.
😫 😫 😫

Thanks, @rednexsrus for letting us know about your experience with the popup surveys. Unfortunately, even after answering 2 surveys, the popups continue to re-appear after each quiz or video. It's annoying to keep having to close out the popups to continue on to the next activity.... I am hopeful today is a better day.
