Certain video pages appear in Spanish

 I usually set the earn videos to Earn Frequency.  When I get to some of the later monthly pages, they appear as if my account is in Spanish, and I don't get any points for them!  Certain other videos don't give me points either.  I try to remember which ones those are, and skip them. I have no idea why this happens (especially the Spanish).  I've deleted cookies but that didn't help.  Kind of annoying...

  It happens to me also; it is a software glitch that has yet to be fixed. It would be nice if someone could check out the software before putting it online for us to use.

@BtW751689 , lol - you do know that the AARP Private Messages (PMs) are NOT private. From my days of work BEFORE retiring, the company I worked for had CONTROL over whatever was on THEIR SERVER. Also, alot of folks DONOT realize that whatever ATTACHMENT they send with their PMs, show on the MAIN PAGE of THIS SITE under today's photos. I had reported a male member who has been here since 2009, kept reporting folks whenever they posted in HIS FORUM [note - not AARP's] for a picture that popped up for us ALL TO SEE. A very "hot" trashy picture of a lady with her body parts hanging out. Also, IF you use any WORDS on the AARP CENSOR LIST in your PM = ***bleep. So you know they can see & read our PMs. Anyway, I am assuming Mr. Private Eye you still CANNOT send your Secret Messge. I doubt this can be fixed dear friend = NEW SOFTWARE needed. Shame NEW MEMBERS also cannot PM due to NO tab to do so.

Thanks, Nicole; probably since the videos worked correctly before the 20-Jan-2025 upgrade, it was error during transferring the files. Worked for major gaming/entertainment/hospitality entity IT (operations)  for 20+ years, so these malfunctions are glaring to me.
