If you are using Windows 10 versions of 1803 and later has removed the homegroup from networking. This was done due to security concerns.  Workgroup is all that remains.

Your point is?  Homegroup and Workgroup have littel to do with sharing.  File and printer sharing is a protocol within the network stack, not dependent on homegroup/workgroup
