Lot to be said for 2-factor authentication

And tough to guess password on ALL accounts.

 

If pootus can screw it up, so can you. His Twitter account has been hacked twice, on the first guess each time.

 

By the same white hat/security expert.

 

Most phones and antivirus programs offer the choice of tough passwords that can be chosen on difficulty level and unlocked only by fingerprint.

As I remember, Trump's hacked password was "maga2020!". So sad.

I am especially fond of using my hardware keys. I use several Yubi keys.

 

And I avoid using Google voice for the few accounts that send an sms text fo 2fa

I use Yubi keys also, but nearly 4 years, without progress. Probably just want your phone #. Maybe the next site refresh. 😑
