Rewards down, again?
Any idea on when the "newest" maintenance will be done for the rewards? I've encountered this issue 6 different times over the last two weeks. Trying to buy gift cards and nothing.

๐ [9/7/25] @md27112399 , remember AARP clocks out at 8pm ET on Fridays. Clock back in at 8am ET Mondays. I am sure fixing the Rewards Site has NOT been a priority. Oh well, maybe they will surprise us & have it fixed tomorrow (Monday). ๐ Nicole!

Since 12-03-24, I have been unable to redeem points; what I got was, "Unable to process your redemption request." I reported the problem to AARP and was told it would take at least 5 business days before anyone would get back with me. But up to now, nobody has gotten back with me. When I followed up, the rep told me they have "escalated" the issue. I guess escalating the issue means taking forever to address the problem. I should not be surprised as it took them 3 long weeks to handle the same problem that my husband experienced with his account. So pathetic!
