Consumer Cellular International Roaming Does NotbExist

Either I am the unluckiest person alive or Consumer Cellular international Roaming does not exist.  Below is a list of all the times and places in Europe and England I have tried international roaming since 2023 and NEVER RECEIVED ANY BARS WHAT-SO-EVER.  I have given up on international calling.

According to their website, you have to ask them to activate it on your account and verify that there is service in the courntry(s) that you are visiting,

Yup, did all that.

Then doesn’t it look like that somebody messed up and did not activate it on your account - especially since you were never billed for it - 

Can you tell if it was/is activated on your account?

Nope.  They never charged anything since it never worked.  Cell works great in US just not overseas.  It's like the old days before cell phones but it is awkward in today's world of 2-factor verification for most accounts.

I thought you had to pay in advance. You sure kept good records, why did you keep using them for 3 years? Was it not a way to see if it was turned on before you left the states?
