WHAT IS "NOMINATE FOR KNOWLEDGE BASE"

How does the "Nominate for Knowledge Base" topic option work ?

 

I nominated this thread under the Medicare and Insurance Board and thought I would see some sort of a flag / star / hip-hip-hurray - but after seeing the "success" banner that my nomination took - I see nothing else.

AARP Community Medicare & Insuance Board - Medicare for Veterans 

 

If the Topic has good info and is nominated for this knowledge - who sees it after that???
