I rise and shine with a morning devotion, walk and play with rescue dogs. Since retirement I volunteer full time in animal rescue. Long walks in nature listening and writing are a delight for me. I learn a lot from AARP articles and games and they keep me on my toes when it is too hot and himid to be outdoors. I have a lot of health issues and fond the articles address some of these. What a blessing.
