Happy Dance 💃💃💃  by the posts TODAY on this Community Board people have RETURNED to maximum daily point earning.

A word of warning to our NEWBIES - it may be in your best interest to have EVIDENCE of the GRAND TOTAL at the end of your "daily" earning day.

Why?  🤔

Just in case the AARP "system" does NOT reward you those points during the drama with the Rewards Site.  🙄

*** When site is BACK, you can send them your evidence IF your points are NOT SHOWING on your dashboard.  👍

   I just discovered the same thing. I had 12,755 points last night; earned 1,515 so far today; but the total still shows 12,755. The activities, and points, are all listed on the Rewards Earned page just not calculated in the new total.

[10/6/25] Hi Carol @CarolBurg414 , what I do when this happens is to call AARP.

They should be able to SEE your Rewards Account.

Another option is to send @AARPConsumerCare a PM [private message] IF you have this TAB. There have been posts about folks NOT having it.

 Thank you Nicole. I just spent 45 minutes with a Chat Agent. He claims the system is working; Codeword and Outspell are awarding points correctly; and maybe I should call back tomorrow and have someone sit with me while I play all of the games. Points lost: 1,515. They show, on the activities page, but aren't included in the TOTAL at the top of the page.

[10/6/25) You are welcome Carol @CarolBurg414 !!! I DONOT play the games as it seems Arkadium (game folks) are NOT fixing the issues. I suggest IF points are important for you = do stuff that do AWARD you points. For years people have complained & zero changes.

[9/8/25] Andrew @andrewtoo has an "excellent" way - his My Account Page. Newbies, he has included a SCREENSHOT of this page. And a LINK. I just "clicked" his link. Lol, at 1st thought it had issues but decided to SCROLL DOWN. Found my TOTAL Award Points "as of now" - thank you again Andrew for ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR US.  💛   I edited my thread TOPIC to include YOUR suggestion my friend.   Nicole!
