I tried reporting these issues on the phone but I was told to enter the information myself using the feedback feature (which I did).
Since I don’t think anyone will ever pay attention to my feedback, I decided to post here.
While viewing a staying sharp rewards video, only part the upper half of the information is displayed and after you watch the video no points are awarded and you are not returned to the previous screen.
The cobrowse and menu links don’t work either.
Theses issues don’t occur on my old iPad.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
I was disappointed when the telephone support person told me to return my new iPad as it was defective!
