Shut It Down!

I still cannot Earn points.  I cannot do Redemptions.  My point balance has gone from 50,000+ to 45!  When I try to enter the Sweepstakes, it tells me I need 55 more points (to be eligible for the minimum entry).  I have logged out and back in, restarted my computer, whatever I can think of that might make a difference.  Meanwhile, other people are being allowed to Earn the daily maximum, do their Redemptions, enter the Sweepstakes, etc.  This is totally unfair.  AARP nees to treat all their members equally.  AARP needs to shut this site down until it is working properly (which would be something amazing in and of itself).

24 hours later, and nothing has improved.  All I've been told is AARP is experiencing technical difficulties.

This must be the new delay, delay, delay tactic that consumer care minions have been told to use,   Let's take a look at your AARP Rewards account.

 There is absolutely nothing Diana G can determine about what is going on by snooping in your account. They are giving this response to anyone that complains about difficulty’s with this lamo excuse for a rewards program. 
They would not listen, they did not know how, Perhaps they'll listen now.They would not listen, they're not listening still. Perhaps they never will  😰 😥 😢

In fact I called AARPRewards today so they could resend a gift card that had lost its link. They couldn't even access the part of my account that showed the gift cards!

THESE YAHOO’s deleted my post because they don’t want to hear the truth + they don’t want other members to see just how inept admin is 

they still haven’t fixed anything.
