AARP Eye Center
Though the AARPRewards website has always been very fragile and problematic, it has become a source of continuous frustration since the creation of the dashboard. Simply put, we can't use the program anymore with any sense of reliability.
I am not sure if any customer cares about the dashboard; I certainly do not find it of any use at all.
I suggest that the IT group tries, if possible, to undo the immense damage they have done by creating the dashboard. Maybe reversing it could help improve the website.
I think it was a case of "if it's not broken, don't fix it."
But now that it's broken, fix it by getting rid of a useless feature.
I agree that the dashboard is useless. About the only thing I'd like to see is how many total points I earned today. As for the recent spate of problems, it may have exacerbated the problem, but these outages/delays/timeouts have been going on for years and AARP has done nothing to resolve them. It is just that people have finally got tired of these ongoing issues and are becoming more vocal.
