Rewards work best, but redeeming points for gift cards or merchandise (not just the 'discounts') would be a better option than just Sweepstakes entries. Any way of monetizing our loyalty and effort is preferable

Prizes and sweepstakes entrees motivate me.  I like to win the smaller prizes which might be worth only ten dollars because I can often go into the store and get the item completely free.

For an organization that does SO many things right (!), I am underwhelmed by the rewards program. First of all, I would like to be able to actually purchase a gift card with my points - not just receive a discount on them. Also, in addition, the options available need to be broadened to include food and hotel cards. Finally, I like the e-card option and would gladly make use of them. However, there needs to be more options. Why not offer a "Thinking of You" or "Just Because" or generic option? People don't only send cards on birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.

I agree with you 100%. I would like to get gift cards worth $10.00 and up depending on points. Something you wouldn't be embarrased to take in to place to eat. The instant wins are a joke as well. I've spent points on them just to use my points.

I would like to be able to cash in points for an actual reward without paying any extra.  A free magazine subscription (but better magazines than have been offered lately), or an actual gift card to Walmart or some other store that most people have near them, again, without having to pay money.

Walmart listed now @KarenR795595 .  As far as the restaurant cards for points go @JudyR564937  I agree larger denominations would be better, but I just used 3 Chili’s $5 cards on top of each other.  Not embarrassing at all, was fun!

The rewards have never gotten me anything, so I guess the gift card discounts, if those are being counted.

@BtW751689 I’ve made my voice known directly to them about this situation. I honestly don’t think it will be any time soon.
