Guaranteed, though some retailers are denying rewards claiming not on AARP programs.

Definitely the guaranteed rewards!  Odds of winning are too low to be meaningful.  And I wish there were more "purchase with points" opportunities for gift cards and other tangible goods.  As it stands, you mostly have small monetary discounts on gift cards, plus a pool of "rewards" points that can almost never be used on anything but sweepstakes I've never won anything at.  Doesn't feel very rewarding.

I definitely prefer guaranteed rewards over sweeps & instant wins, similar to survey & other sites that ya earn points & redeem points for various gift cards! Daily losing is a daily downer!

@AARPTeri  —Edit  — Neither the Sweepstakes nor Instant Wins for me.  The lack of transparency on posting the winners in a timely manner, is one reason on Sweepstakes.  And the other would be, that I liken it to going to a casino.  Odds favor the House, even though there will be a winner on this.  Odds don’t look too good it could be me.

With that being said, better chances of getting a gift card for points earned, for me at any rate.

Thanks for the opportunity to be heard!
