I actually have chicken tacos on a near daily basis. Usually I use chicken from a whole chicken I boiled, but sometimes my neighbor snags a bag of frozen fajita chicken and shares. Add some jalapenos and an egg... great taco fillings.

 

I believe the jalapenos are the key, with all their nutrients, plus the egg has a surprising amount of nutrients.
