How do I get credit?

I don't have a fitness tracker. However, I am swimming on a synchronized swim team 4 hours a week and I play golf once a week and also ride my bike. Help!

For now, as I understand it, the only way to get credit for exercise is by buying, synchronizing, and using one of the fitness trackers listed.

My fitness pal, Samsung health, the Fit app, and others that we can use on our phones cannot connect.

I wonder if AARP gets kickbacks on the sales or use of trackers, but I do not know.
