I brought 2 carnival e-cards took out of my bank account but does not show I purchased them what can I do.

@StevenH654709 Here to help! Did you receive any error messages when you tried to process that purchase? Are the charges showing on your bank account as pending or posted? Any pending charges will fall off within 72 hours when the transaction did not go through.
