Makes we wonder IF IT is "creating" work to keep their paycheck.

@MemberS2006 I agree and the Escalation Dance is a waste of time and zero changes. Dance (3-5 days promised escalation) Rinse/Repeat (zero changes, contact again) and keep Dancing. Ridiculous!!!
